Our speakers bureau program seeks to effectively engage the public with the most current information available about The Cascade Agenda.  The Cascade Agenda is the 100-year vision for Washington State’s Central Cascade region and promotes economic and environmental vitality in communities of the region.

The Cascade Agenda offers a new vision and a new method for realizing that vision. Knowledgeable speakers share and explain innovative market-based solutions about issues as far ranging as climate change, land use, affordable housing, economic development and improved transportation.

The Cascade Agenda recognizes that it is only through the power of partnership and collaboration that it will be able fully to realize its vision. The Cascade Agenda is steadfast about working with all those who care about the future of this region, from homebuilders and environmentalists, business leaders and neighborhood groups to working forest land owners and working farmers. By requesting a speaker, you effectively empower yourself and your community with the skills and knowledge to help this region grow with grace.
